Why do people cringe when they hear they have to attend training? Think about sessions you have attended – have you ever NOT wanted to attend training that you knew you needed? We sure have, and we understand why.
Unfortunately, and historically, “training” tends to be focused on the skills and expertise of the trainers and not the needs of the learners. Not to mention, training can also be boring, untimely, and easily forgotten.
That’s what makes Insight Learning Design different—we create “learning,” not “training.” We focus on learners: what do they need? When do they need it? How will they use the learning to change?
